All jewelry created by DesignsbySho are uniquely designed, hand crafted, and are one-of-kind pieces. Therefore, supplies are limited and once the piece is gone, you will not see the same piece again. We will do our best to make you happy by accomodating your needs. Just contact us and let us know what you need and we will work with you.
Shipping
Shipping is through UPS/USPS and will include insurance.
$99.99 and under= $8.00
$100.00 - $199.99 = $10.00
$200.00 - $299.99 = $12.00
$300.00 - $399.99 = $15.00
$400.00 and up = $18.00
Return Policy
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase with DesignsbySho. If you're not happy, just return the item in its unworn, original condition and we will refund your purchase cost, minus the shipping. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If you would like to exchange, we will issue you a credit to be used to purchase new item, good for 30 days of the date of issue. The only time we will refund your shipping charges is when the mistakes are on our part such as sending the wrong item, or you receive a defective item.

You can contact us anytime for a specific order, a special design, a special occasion and we will be happy to work with you. Pricing will be similar to the prices on our website. Prices of gold will change depending on the current market.
